FileConvertly respects intellectual property rights. This page explains our policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown requests.
FileConvertly is an automated file conversion tool. Files are deleted immediately after processing and within 10 minutes at most. DMCA takedown requests are typically moot by the time we receive them — files are simply no longer on our servers.
If you believe a user has used our Service to convert content that infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice including: your full name, address, phone, and email; a description of the copyrighted work; a description of the infringing activity; a good-faith belief statement; a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury; and your electronic or physical signature.
Submit DMCA notices via our Contact page with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request". We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification with your identifying information, a description of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error, and your signature.
It is our policy to block access to the Service for users determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
